Froz is led by an established Chef with over 30 years experience. Australian born & bred with initial training as an apprentice with the World famous Hyatt Hotel in Melbourne. This formed a base for travel across the globe gaining an apron full of skills with a diverse range of culinary training to include Italian, Spanish & Asian. Settled in the UK for the past 13 years as a Head Chef within British Gastro dining establishments whilst continuing with the delivery of our reputed private dining and events team.
Alongside our current fabulous range of Froz ice creams we also offer private dining - Alfresco based given the current COVID crisis but as delicious and quality as ever!
