We are particular fans of herbs and they are used in most dishes tastefully. We source local produce always, in Ireland it’s Irish and in Scotland, it’s Scottish etc.

We have vegetarian and vegan menu’s. Vegetarian food is delicious and we are enthusiastic when asked to create vegetarian dishes. Importantly we use separate cooking equipment (saucepans, utensils etc) for these menu’s. We also specialise in outside event catering for Corporate day’s out.
