Whatever the occasion, why not treat your guests with a selection of our delicious pizzas, prepared and cooked in front of them, allowing you more time to relax and enjoy the party?
We use authentic Italian ingredients; ‘00’ flour, fior di latte mozzarella and hand crushed plum tomatoes from Campania, but wherever possible, source ingredients locally. Fresh yeast is used in our hand-made dough, which is left to mature over 24 hours, making the pizza light and easy to digest. We hand-stretch the dough, add your favourite toppings, then cook your pizza in approximately 90 seconds in 450 degrees of wood fired heaven.
Customers can rest assured that they are in safe hands with Fiara, as we take food hygiene, health and safety and customer service just as seriously as we do pizza!
