Events Team Uk/Caribbean food Shack.
We are professional Caribbean caterers with a 5* hygiene rating, a member of NCASS and based in High Wycombe and west London. We specialise in affordable authentic Caribbean wedding catering, Caribbean BBQs, corporate & private functions. Our menu is extensive with many traditional Caribbean dishes like curry goat, roti, fried fish, jerk dishes, canapes & desserts, we also do traditional English carvery and traditional BBQ catering. Services are national, Events Team Uk have a catering team of up 16 people which includes grill chefs, cooks, servers, event co ordinator and kitchen staff. Our staff are from St Vincent, St Lucia, Trinidad and Jamaica giving us a good knowledge and choice of cuisines. We have our own wedding venue & kitchen so all potential clients can visit us upon appointment and enjoy free food tastings based on your menu - even if your venue hire is not with us. As a business we are flexible on our quotes so please feel free to discuss further with us in order to make things work for you.
