  • Do you offer a venue for the banquet?

    We do not have our own venue but we work with lots of recommendable venues

  • Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?

    All hot food is prepared in our kitchen in Capital Business Park, Cardiff and finished on site.

  • Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?

    We are a bespoke company that is able to tailor all menus to individuals requirements and dietary needs.

  • What kind of cuisine do you offer?

  • Do you offer special menus?

    Yes all menus can individually designed and tailored to your event.

  • How does the open bar work?

    Our bar is charged at £250.00 set up fee, this includes 1 fridge, 2 trestle tables for the bar front, 400 glasses and 2 bar staff, there is a minimum spend of £1000.

  • What is included in the menu?

    Weddings include VAT, Staff, Chefs, White crockery, Cutlery and Table linen. Corporate buffets included paper napkins and all food is served on presentation platters. Cutlery and crockery for both corporate and private events are charged separately.
