Edacious is a new, innovative vegan street food catering company specialising in creative handmade vegan pasta dishes. Edacious founder, professional chef Nick Whitaker has worked alongside some of the great chefs in the culinary world and was previously working at the prestigious Michelin starred Fera at Claridge’s. Nick has now formed Edacious and using his knowledge and skill has created a menu which consists of modern vegan pasta dishes. An innovative, seasonal, tight menu is run to ensure the best quality is served every time and all Edacious pasta is hand made in the traditional southern Italian style!
Edacious is Eco Friendly – all our pasta bowls, forks, knives and cups are compostable, and our ethos is to say good riddance to bad rubbish!

- Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?No, we prepare all food of site.
- Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?Our menu is completely changeable. We are always open to suggestion
