"Me and my husband were cooked a delicious meal for two at home early last year.

Ciaran’s timekeeping skills and attention to detail was second to none.

We were both starving when we arrived and wasn’t left waiting too long which was great.

To start we had potato and leek soup, this was just the right sized portion. The soup was creamy and delicious and well seasoned.,

For our main we had slow roasted lamb, seasonal veg (which included asparagus, colcannon mash, and peas) crispy roast potatoes served with a red wine reduction.

Dessert was offered but neither of us have a sweet tooth and were suitably full from the other two courses.

If you are looking for a memorable experience I highly recommend Ciaran, his vast amount of experience is portrayed in the delicious food he creates and serves.

We will definitely be contacting Ciaran again in future."

Ciaran created some wonderful food for my 40th birthday BBQ last summer, everyone was so impressed with the food, it was well cooked, great quality and a great price. I will be using Ciaran for every party I have and he comes highly recommended.
