I’m Dee, Founder of Confectionery Studio Dee's Basement. At Dee’s Basement we provide delicious unique cakes and confectionery items as well as our unique and popular DIY dessert experiences available for any event where your guests can design and watch their dessert being created before their eyes.

We have also launched our dessert grazing tables that make the ultimate sharing platter to satisfy any sweet tooth.

Each experience is customised to your specific event, to ensure every client obtains a unique dessert and a memorable experience. We have a variety of bases such as Choux buns & Mini Loaf Cakes; fillings such as salted caramel and white chocolate and toppings such as edible flowers or simply more chocolate. The possibilities and combinations are almost endless.

As well as our experiences we also take orders for cakes and confectionery items from weddings to birthdays.
