Here's some info about us and the catering services that we provide.
We produce our own hand-made burgers and sausages on the family farm near Leeds. We have a full breakfast menu using only quality ingredients including dry cure bacon, premium sausages, free range eggs, hash browns, tomatoes etc.
For lunch we serve a choice of 3 different steak burgers (Steak, Mexican, Smoky BBQ), chicken breast burgers, premium hot dogs, vegetarian, vegan burgers and triple cooked chips.
All meals are served in fresh locally baked bread with biodegradable cutlery and trays. We have a wide hot & cold drinks range including Yorkshire Tea, premium instant coffee, luxury hot chocolate, herbal tea and de caffeinated options.
We also serve hand battered haddock, cod bites, seafood platters, battered sausages, fish finger sandwiches, chunky triple cooked chips, mushy peas, curry and gravy as an alternative offering.
We have a very professional approach which has earned us consistently great feedback on all of our jobs with rebooking's for 2018 and again for 2019.
All of our staff have the correct food safety training and we were awarded 5 stars on our last inspection.
We are a husband and wife business who only have the single unit meaning that every customer experience is overseen by us.
