Using professional lighting, sound systems, staging, special effects and audio & visual equipment we can bring your event to life. From small budget private events in the local pub to high profile corporate events in national museums, we’re able to cater to events of all sizes and all budgets.
Based in Oxfordshire, Core Event Hire is able to cover the whole of the UK and provide high quality AV hire equipment for all types of events. Our friendly team have over 20 years of experience and can help you find the right audio visual solution for your event. We’ll take the time to understand your needs and provide expert advice, guidance and support to help you find the right AV equipment for your event. Whether this is your first event or you regularly manage events, our team will be happy to help no matter what your budget.

Do you have your own PA and lighting?
Yes, everything we offer is stocked in house at our location in Oxfordshire.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance and PAT tested equipment?
Yes. Equipment is PAT tested annually, we hold Public Liability Insurance upto 5 Million. Risk Assessment and Method Statements can also be supplied per event if required.
What style of music do you offer?
We offer professional DJS who will either be guided by the client or the client can choose there own playlist to be used with our hire packages.
Is it possible to request something that's not in the repertoire?
Yes, we stock many things that are not shown such as dancefloors, pipe & drape packages, outdoor gas flamebeuax's, sky searchers, pyrotechnics, stage.
Do you do open-air acts?
We'll work with anyone, our last open air event catered for 6k people with music for a fireworks display.
Do you stock speciel effects?
Yes, CO2 jets, Fog Jet Fury Pro's, Ultra Violet Lighting, Strobes, Solar 250 Oil Wheels, Arcline Strobe Tubes, Bubble Machines, Snow Machine, Smoke/Haze Machines etc.
