I have been training as a chef for the last 6 years. my last job I was a sous chef at an amazing little french bistro in Braunton called 'Le Bistro du coin' where I wrote my own menus in a very classic French style and we had an incredible return custom.
I myself am into all kinds of world cooking. south east asian, mexican, french, italian, american, north african and much more. i am super open with food and love trying and experimenting with new things but i also just love making the classics to be as good as they can be!
