"We had a lot of problems on Prom night (23rd June). Every plug socket that they used in our refectory kept on shorting the power out. Therefore, students had to wait outside for 20 minutes whilst we called our on call site man to come out from home and try to rectify the problem.

This in turn had a knock on effect for the DJ who was unable to start on time due to there being no power.

Chocolate Swirls ended up having to use our microwave in order to melt their chocolate.

Can you find out if their equipment has been PAT tested to prevent this happening again at another function?

They also left early at around 9.30pm. Can you clarify what time they were supposed to stay until please? What hours did we pay?

Our service includes a full set up, with a member of staff to assist guests and we will package any remaining sweets left for you. You can choose a selection of 10 from our large variety, if its not on the list we will do our best to accommodate your preference. Please note colour themes may involve a restriction on some varieties.
