"Just wanted to say a massive thank you to you! You really completed our day and we have had nothing but praise for you from our guests. Don't think the dance floor was ever empty! Wishing you all the best!"

"We had a wonderful time last night with Check One Music playing for a combined 25th wedding anniversary and 21st Birthday party at our house. Liis has a fantastic voice and the musicianship was excellent. Jack was very professional beforehand, agreeing on playlist and times. They were flexible, ensuring that we had the kind of party that we wanted. Everyone from 7 years old to 77 enjoyed the music and the 20 somethings couldn't get enough. Thank you so much for playing for us - you really made our night. Hope we have the opportunity to book you again soon, although the neighbours might take a while to forget it!"

"After discovering Check One Music, we were desperate to have them at our wedding. Their medley video really caught our eye and they didn't disappoint! What a fantastic performance and a great way to finish our big day. We'll never forget their performance of David Bowie’s "Heroes" for our first dance - it was such a good choice. They turned up so promptly and got set up with no hassle or hand holding, whilst the rest of the wedding continued. All our guests were buzzing for the band and the atmosphere was great, everyone was on the dance floor dancing and singing along. We would highly recommend them for anyone for their wedding or party. We're already looking for the next excuse to have them play for us again."
Adam & Alex Nicholls, Hoxton Arches, London (September 2016)
"Thank you so much Check One Music for making our daughter’s birthday party the most amazing and magical party ever! Although a more acoustic set up, your band managed to bring our 'Garden Music Festival' to life: performing so many wonderful songs and allowing the children an ‘open mic’ so that they could sing their favourite songs, too. Your warmth and encouragement enabled the children to take to the stage and sing their hearts out. We all enjoyed the experience greatly. It was a fabulous event thanks to you all."
Beccy Holloway, Blackheath, London (July 2016)
"Thank you so much to Check One Music for being the most epic wedding band EVER!!! Not only did you totally make the party but you're also the nicest bunch! And thanks for not thinking we were completely crazy for wanting a jungle book mash up as our first dance but also for making it an absolute highlight of the day! I cannot recommend these guys enough, if anybody needs an awesome band!!!"
Ali Coates-Newman and Jonathan Wynn, Eggbeer Farm Barn, Exeter (June 2016)
"We took our time to find a great a band for our wedding and chose Check One Music because they looked like the fun, energetic act that were looking for. We weren't disappointed. We had a number of comments from guests on how good they were and we felt they were very good at getting people up to the dance floor and enjoying the party. Thank you for being flexible and getting there early on the day and for giving us a great party!"
Ben Woodhead & Niralee Thanki, The Great Conservatory, Syon Park, London (May 2016)
"Check One Music was a massive hit at our wedding. The sound was incredible as they played two sets: one Motown and the other modern pop and rock. They have an extensive range of music and they really made the day special by creating a party atmosphere. They also played Bill Withers for our first dance, which kicked the evening off perfectly. Thank you, Check One Music, you were superb!"
Tom and Katy Little , Cripps Barn, Cotswold (November, 2015)
"Hiring Check One Music to play at our wedding was the absolute right decision - they lit the place up! Within seconds the dance floor was full as they reeled out an eclectic set of tunes from artists such as Police, Blondie and Tina Turner. Their version of "Proud Mary" was infectious! We can only recommend this band - their ability as musicians and professional attitude meant we could relax and enjoy a truly great night. Many thanks again, Check One Music!"
Will and Danielle Nixon, London
"Check One Music… I and my wife want to thank you so much for making our day very special. The music was really well played and the energy from the performance was infectious. Our guests were on their feet dancing, singing along and having lots of fun. All the members of the band are talented musicians who’s precision and versatility enables them to play a variety of songs. There was something for everyone. We love you and can’t wait to arrange another party"
Christian & Tracey Kuhwald, Market Drayton, Shropshire
"I wanted to organise a party for my friends in London before moving abroad and I was lucky to have Liis and her talented gentlemen come play at the Ram Jam Club in Kingston. I asked them to play some dance music to get the party going.
I swear, the crowd was blown away by their performance and, of course, the singer's incredible beauty. They had us jumping to some great classics as well as contemporary dance hits. It was an incredible night. I told Liis I would call her again as soon as I decide to get married so that I could book Check One Music for my wedding!"

Check One Music bring the party to life. They played our school's summer fair and had the kids (and parents!) dancing their socks off all afternoon. I had so many compliments about how amazing the band were and charismatic the singer... Their performance helped make the event a huge success and they were very professional to work with throughout. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We loved you guys so much! So many people have said ‘best wedding band ever'.
- Please, describe your act or business in on sentence:A top quality, high energy professional party band dedicated to keeping your dance floor full and fun filled memories to take home.
- What is your competitive advantage (special features)? We take pride in being told that we are very easy to work with prior to the event to make our clients vision a reality. Our fantastic lead female vocalist is great at interacting with the crowd, getting them to sing along whilst the band perform music of the highest quality.
- What kind of events do you usually serve? We have performed at corporate parties, weddings, birthdays, wedding anniversaries and even work leaving parties.
- How long do you play for?Typically, either two x1 hour sets or three x40 minute sets.
- Do you have your own PA and lighting?Yes, we provide a top quality PA system and our own lights suitable for up to three hundred people. We hire in a sound company for crowds beyond that amount. We require a minimum of four 230V sockets for our setup to run at its best. If you need us to work outside these power requirements, please feel free to ask us any questions you may have.
- How much space do you require?Ideally 5 x 3 meters and up. We have played in some very tight spaces, so don't hesitate to get in touch if your stage area is smaller than this.
- My favourite tune is not on your list. Will you be able to play it?YES! Provided that we have more than two weeks notice and it is suitable for our band line up (i.e. not a classical suite that requires an orchestra).
- How many breaks do you take? How long are they? Our 'typical' schedule is two x1 hour sets with a half hour break or three x40 forty minute sets with a ten minute break in between. That said, it's your event so we will happily work with you to fit in with your schedule.
