"I am an old bird and had many experiences with negotiating and working with caterers for various events etc - but Justin and Seamus's team really rock. As mother of the bride to an event that Justin and his superb team were catering for & all I can say is you can seriously relax and know that the Justin's team will
a) get it so right
b) provide high quality food
c) be lovely to you and your family but also all those they need to work with - e.g. florists and all
d) They are a thoroughly great gang of people - the whole team were just outstanding.
We had a tasting meal beforehand and requested specific canapé options and they never said we can't do that or yes but.... If you are anxious and want regular communication to reassure you - I would say that you just have to trust them and enjoy watching a very happy well catered event unfold. So greatly appreciated they really made the day a very big family affair by making everyone at home and feeling totally spoilt. Thank you."

Justin and Seamus did an absolutely fantastic job of catering and overseeing the organisation of our wedding day. Justin helped us regularly in the lead up and we always left meetings with him feeling chilled and happy that our wedding was in his safe hands. He has a great wealth of knowledge about weddings and we really appreciated him sharing ideas with us so that we could create exactly the day that we wanted. The food they created was not only presented beautifully but tasted phenomenal. The wedding cake looked amazing and was exactly what we had hoped for. On the day all of the team were friendly, professional and happy to help. We had a wonderful day and know that Justin and the team played a huge part in making it so. We couldn’t recommend them enough!

We just want to say a huge thank you for everything - decorating the tables, the mouth watering food, and looking after all of our guests with such friendliness. After all we'd heard about you, and the delicious food we tried at our tasting we had very high expectations but somehow you managed to exceed them! So many of our family and friends commented on how incredible the food was, and how lovely you all were. The band and staff from the venue have also been singing your praises. I think we have to make a special thank you to Seamus who's name kept cropping up - getting tea for Grandad, special soft drinks for a pregnant guest and making lots of our friends and family laugh! We wanted our day to be fun and relaxed and your team were a core component of that. We cannot recommend you enough. Thank you!
