Carley Varley is a solo acoustic musician based in Bournemouth UK. Carley has a voice and personality that can light up a room, passionate about performing and singing, Carley has been a full-time musician since 2019. Performing Pop/Rock covers from the 60's to present chart hits, Carley is a very versatile musician and makes songs her own. Carley is also a songwriter and has released two EP's since 2019, 'Captured Memories' and 'Seasons', singles from these EP's have been featured on BBC Introducing.
Carley has been songwriting and playing the guitar and piano since the age of 14. In 2016 she was spotted busking in the quaint seaside town of Lymington on the south coast and was soon catapulted onto the stages at The Ritz and The Waldorf in London. In 2018, Carley won the Venus Award for Musical Talent in Dorset, and is now performing at venues and festivals across the UK.
Suited to any style of event, Carley has relaxed and upbeat sets, she is also PAT tested and has Public Liability Insurance.
Wow! Carley performed at our wedding this weekend, and was absolutely incredible! Carley accepted the gig at very short notice and even learnt our first dance and father daughter dance, singing both beautifully! Carley would check in pre event to keep us posted and was all set up for our guests to walk in to.
Carley has such a beautiful voice and was able to perform a lovely intimate song for our first dance, as well as getting the party going! There has been so many compliments on Carley’s voice!

Carley is an incredibly talented musician. Its just herself and a guitar but she can get a room dancing with the passion she puts into her music covers. I have been asked to perform at Weddings, even weddings abroad. Festivals (Such as Lymington Seafood Festival and Milford Music Festival) and I have been asked to perform at Business Events, the biggest one being The Ritz, The Hilton and The Waldorf for The Venus Awards. Previous clients have also hired me for birthday parties and anniversaries.
Usually 2 hours but I have enough material for 4 hours.
I have my own PA system. This is a three tier speaker, A Mixer, Cables for instruments, microphone and stand. I do not have lighting equipment.
I have Public Liability Insurance (5m) and PAT testing.
Not much - I can fit in corners if there isn't much room. It is only my guitar and I, the speaker is large but fits in places quite easily.
If you email me and ask me I can make it my mission to learn it for the event yes.
It depends on the length of time playing for. If its two hours I require a 15 minute break. If it is 3 hours 2x 15 minutes as my voice does get very tired and singing for that long can cause damage without a break.
