We are a mobile catering trailer company owned and run by Lucie and Hetty and we absolutely LOVE what we do.
We've spent a long time working together in catering and we're now living the dream creating and serving up some seriously delicious street food!
Creating an array of mouthwatering dishes, from Cajun Pulled Pork Brioche bap with homemade BBQ sauce, hardcore apple and cumin coleslaw and onion rings, to our vegan coconut crumbed Cauliflower steak burger with Katsu curry mayo, Asian salad and crunchy peanuts, we can cater for anything you require.
Our menu is versatile and inviting. We're currently working a lot of sporting events where the clientelle can be health consious so we've been offering a salad bowl with a variety of salads, coleslaw, guacamole, lime sour cream, light pickled onions. The option of adding the Cajun pulled pork (for example) has proven very popular.
We use as many locally produced products as possible, and are very aware of taking responsibility for our waste and therefore use only recyclable or biodegradable packaging products.
