FAQs

• How long do you need to set up?

  For our cprivate hires we can set up in roughly 20mins from arriving to leaving. At our events we like have 2hrs minimum. Ensuring we have enough time to get positioned and cover all wires and sockets safely and get barriers in place if needed.

• Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

  Events - we have £10,000,000 public liability insurance policy. Private hire - a disclaimer is signed by you (the hirer) to take full responsibility for any damages or injuries. Our public liability insurance only covers our equipment in our presence.

• What experience do you have working with children?

  We are constantly at charity and community events, manning our equipment through the summer months. Working with children, helping them get on and off castles, helping take shoes off and putting them back on. Our business is family run and has been running for 4 years now. We have 6 children ourselves from the ages of 7 months upto 21 years. So yes we have plenty of experience with children.

• Are you DBS checked?

  We are not DBS checked as we have never been approached by any event/parent or guardian for and form of CBR/DBS checks

• Do you limit the number of children that we can invite to our child's Birthday party?

  We don't limit your number of guest. But we do give advice on how many people should be using the inflatable at any one given time. This is also stated on the terms and condition you will be asked to sign when we deliver your inflatable.

• How do I pay for your services?

  Private hire - We usually ask for cash payment when we deliver your castle. We are looking at starting to take deposits in the near future. Events - We pay you 30% of our profits at the end of the day. We can also pay per pitch but we find out percentage way works out better.
