Description
Borderlands Outdoor is a Monmouth-based outdoor activity and training company. We deliver high-quality activities to a range of clients including corporate and educational groups as well as families and individuals.
We can bring our activities to almost any kind of event, from weddings to festivals, with qualified instructors meaning you can relax and enjoy your event. Our instructors hold qualifications from Archery GB, British Canoeing, Mountain Training UK, the British Caving Association, The Institute for Outdoor Learning and the Royal Yachting Association amongst other bodies.
FAQs
How much space do I need for archery?
We usually require a space around the size of a football pitch in order to run the activity safely but can reduce this if there are substantial barriers in the area that would protect people from stray arrows. Alternatively we can put on 'Clout' archery for you, which uses arrows with blunt ends and different kinds of target.
Are your instructors qualified?
All of our instructors have, as a minimum, completed the Archery UK Archery Leader or Archery Instructor qualification.
Do you hold public liability insurance?
We hold £5m public liability insurance
Can you do a site visit to make sure our venue is suitable?
We're happy to make site visits. For venues within 20 miles of our location we do not charge for this. For more distant sites we have to make a charge for our time and fuel costs in travelling to assess the site.
