Big Apple was born out of a desire to create a truly unique twist to some of the UK’s top events. The business was founded by John and Laura in 2014 following a dream to have a small, bespoke yet passionate and experienced team. The team were picked because of their obsession with the industry and their excellent experience and dedication to events.
At Big Apple we ensure we go that extra mile to deliver excellence and perfection in every event. We provide a number of services to help plan everything from start to finish and take the stress away from you.
Our Team have done this day in day out for many years and between them knowledge, and combined experience in the events industry will shine through in the way we work with you personally and professionally. Organising events is our life and we love what we do.

Bibb Apple provided an excellent bar at the wedding. Everything was run to perfection with a very reasonable menu selection - will definitely use again!

Excellent LED bar for engagement party. All equipment provided on the day with no need to fuss about. Already booked again for the big day in 2019!

  • What services do you offer?

    We are a premium events company. Our main focus is providing Mobile Bars, Cocktail Bars, Event Management and Planning. We have however organised some very major and unique events so if you are looking for a little help please get in touch! We also offer a FREE venue finding service for events so if you have an event idea but no idea where to host it we can help!

  • Do you offer a venue for the banquet?

    We offer a free venue finding service for larger events. We are also able to organise full marquee construction so if you have a outdoor space to turn in to your unique event venue please get in touch! Previously we have created a top London style nightclub in someones garden so anything is possible!

  • Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?

    This is completely up to you and the style of the event.

  • Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?

    We are always able to adapt to each and every event to truly make it unique. You will receive a menu prior to the booking. We have also made themed menus especially for people's big day!

  • How does the open bar work?

    Open bar means that you would pay for the drinks instead of the guests. The alternative option is either putting a fixed amount behind the bar for guests to use or for have guests buy their own drinks.

  • What is included in the menu?

    We can include almost any drink in our menu, including draught lager, cider or ale.
