I had this booking for about 18 months but 1 week before the event, the chef emailed me to cancel with no actual reason given.
He said he would try to find a replacement chef but rather than phone people, he seemed to be emailing.
I had to chase him up twice as he went quiet on me. 3 days before the event, I chased him only to be told he was now not in the office and no replacement had been found.
I received a full refund but this extremely poor lack of customer service is terrible.
We ended up without a chef experience, which was supposed to be the highlight of a very special birthday celebration.
This is not the way to provide customer service. If a cancellation is needed, good communication and a replacement service is key.

Our main preperation is done at our controled unit in Leeds and then finished off on location.
We have seasonal set menus to choose from however we are happy to write/change menus to suit a clients specifics
We have a number of chefs from all walks of the industry we can cater for most cuisines but please feel free to challange us and put us out of our comfort zone
All our menus are special but we will work with each individual client until they are happy that we are going to provide the menu that will impress
We do not provide wedding cakes as of yet but please watch this space.
We provide a menu selection upon booking and you set the limit. Bars can also be hired as a pay as you go and we can take cash /card payments on the day.
Our menus are all tailored to the client, you tell us what you want and we will do our best to provide .
