Description
Serving from a custom built catering trailer, Barbacoa provides Kansas style smoked meats (chicken, wings, lamb ribs), all with a Caribbean fusion of flavour. We also serve sides including mac n cheese, rosemary fries, and cornbread creating something unique in the current street food scene.
Each one of our dishes are prepared daily and smoked for several hours taking on the flavours of English Oak and Apple wood.
