We specialise in mobile bar services for all types of events in and around Oxfordshire, including weddings, corporate parties, VIP events, product launches, private parties, balls and festivals.

How does the open bar work?
The bar choices are as follows: Paying bar: We provide a fully stocked bar and your guests pay for their own drinks, just as they would at a normal bar. Your guests are able to pay for their drinks by cash or credit card. Drinks are charged at standard bar prices. Free bar: We provide a fully stocked bar and will serve complimentary drinks to your guests during the event. You will then settle the bill at the end of the evening. This is ideal if you are looking to impress your clients or guests. Drinks are charged at standard bar prices. Ticket bar: We provide a fully stocked bar and tokens for you to hand out to your clients or guests for them to exchange for a free drink. You can either pay the value of the tokens in advance of the event or we will total up at the end for you to settle. When the tokens have finished your guests continue to pay for their own drinks. Dry hire: We provide our bars, with or without staff, and easy to use bar equipment for dry hire. This is an ideal solution if you have your own stock for an event.
What is included in the menu?
We include the following as standard when you hire a bar from us: Bar Bar equipment Drinks and ice – contact us for our drinks list or to request specific drinks you'd like served Drinksware (wine/champagne/cocktail glasses & high quality plastic tumblers/pint glasses) Staff (quantity dependent on number of guests) The following extra's can be added to your booking.
