Established in 1999, Banquet Inn Bars have offered a professional & fun bar service for over 20 years! We cover ESSEX, LONDON, CAMBRIDGESHIRE, HERTFORDSHIRE, SUFFOLK & the surrounding areas.
Our wealth of experience shines through our service at events. We attend numerous weddings, parties, corporate events, festivals, country shows, Christmas markets & much more!
We are the proud owners of 2 Vintage Citroen H Vans - both of which are converted in to mobile bars! These are eye-catching & very popular with the public and at events/parties. We also offer more simple/standard pop up bars too. The choice is yours!
We are very flexible & liaise with event individual client in order to provide the best bar possible for their specific event. We can personalise menus for each event. We can offer a bar with a variety of beers, craft beers, lagers, spirits, wines, prosecco, cocktails etc. Alternatively, we can offer a Gin Bar (we stock over 120 Gins!), Pimms Bar, Prosecco Bar, Cocktail Bar etc.
We speak to each individual client on a regular basis to offer the best service possible for their event. Some of our clients include John Lewis, Newmarket Racecourses, Cambridge University, Nuclear Races, Vindis (& many more..!). References are available upon request.

Do you offer a venue for the banquet?
No but we have plenty of venues we work in partnership with & are happy to recommend.
Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?
Yes of course! We regularly personalise & adapt our menus to suit each individual client's needs.
How does the open bar work?
You can choose a pay bar, where guest pay for their own drinks. Alternatively, you can put a tab behind the bar & when this is reached your guests start paying. We can also offer a token selection, where you give guests a number of tokens (we run a tab for these drinks) & once these are used guests start paying for their drinks. We have a number of options & happy to discuss these with our clients.
What is included in the menu?
Beer, wine, spirits, prosecco, cocktails, cider, craft beers. Our prices are available upon request.

A selection of beers, wines, spirits, cocktails, prosecco, craft beers, lagers, ciders & more. We regularly attend trade shows, updating our stock list to tasty new drinks, but also always have the standard favourites! We stock over 120 gins & 30 rums, ever increasing!
