Arrow Vale Singers are a mixed voice choir of around 30 members. We can provide small ensembles as well as the choir. We perform a range of music including traditional choral pieces, Opera and Operetta, classical, Musical Theatre, Jazz, Spiritual, Folk and Pop.

  • What kind of events do you usually serve?

    Concerts, charity fundraisers, funerals and christmas events.

  • Who are your previous clients?

    In the past few years our clients have included: St Laurence Church in Alvechurch, Webheath Village Hall, Singletons Nursery, The Golden Carp (Christmas Carolling event) and The Palace Theatre.

  • How long do you play for?

    We typically perform for 2 hours with a 20-30 minute interval. This can be shortened to suit your needs though.

  • Do you have your own PA and lighting?

    Currently we do not have PA and lighting.

  • Do you have Public Liability Insurance and PAT tested equipment?

    Our portable piano is the only electronic equipment that we currently use and it is PAT tested. We do have Public Liability Insurnace.

  • How much space do you require?

    This would need to be discussed on a case by case basis as it depends on the number of choir members they are looking to perform.

  • My favourite tune is not on your list. Will you be able to play it?

    In principle yes we would. However, it would depend on the number of choir members you are looking to perform it and how much notice we are given as there is rehearsal time to consider.

  • How many breaks do you take? How long are they?

    We usually request a 20-30 minute interval approximately half way through if we are to perform for 2 hours.

Set List/Services

We have nearly 300 pieces in our library so we are unable to list them all here. Formed in 1976 we have performed at all manor of events over the years; including Large choral events in the Royal Albert Hall as part of the main chorus, Local Music and Dance Festivals, Weddings, Funerals and Charity fundraisers.
