I’m an a qualified chef been cheffing for 30 years . Worked at a Michelin star hotel , pubs , in a school as a cook and now running my own business. Like to do different things as well as the favourites. My best is pie and mash and delicious wicked cheesecakes. Love to try out vegan foods and tapas. I have also started doing a Yorkshire wrap a roast dinner in a Yorkshire pudding wrap. I do bespoke so what ever you want whatever budget I will endeavour to do what you want.
