Acorn Roots capture the natural acoustic folk sound whilst adding their own twist and personality to the songs they cover.

Spirited and infectious, they combine driving acoustic guitars, with the subtle underlying melodies provided by the tin whistle, and mandolin. Added to the mix are the deep rhythmic tones of the bass, brought together with the pounding beat of the Cajon and bohran; a formula which has helped this Derbyshire 7 piece forge an incredible reputation on the live circuit not only as an act to be reckoned with, but as an act that exudes a sunny side up attitude that will ensconce and envelop anyone within earshot.
