My preferred style is electro dance music such as Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Purple Disco Machine etc. However, I don't let my preferences get in the way of what the customer wants. If you want Abba, Kylie, Beatles, Aretha Franklin, Taylor Swift, Duran Duran etc, then no problem. The most important quality of a DJ is not mixing or scratching skills, but the ability to read the room. This is something I focus on every time, and if the guests are enjoying the set, then so do I.

I've always enjoyed music of all genres but never had the patience or the skills to play an instrument, despite many attempts! So for me DJing seemed the logical step. Doing it for about 5 years now and learning all the time. I particularly enjoy it when a track resonates with the crowd. Priceless!
