Traditional, Authentic Paella from Valencia
We provide authentic Paella and Rice dishes most closely associated with the province of Valencia, Spain. We do not tinker with the traditional recipes which means no chorizo, no peas, no bacon etc. Our rice is imported from Valencia. Our seafood comes from a local fishmonger. Our meat and vegetables come from local, trusted suppliers. We offer show cooking in the truest sense as your guests can watch us cook Paella from scratch - we bring nothing pre-cooked, and everything is cooked 'onsite'.
About supplier
I was born in Valencia and raised in the UK. My earliest food memories are eating Paellas at my Grandmother's farm in Alzira (near Valencia). I started cooking Paella in my teenage years for friends and family and launched the business in 2020. I have cooked many thousands of Paellas to date.
