We are two Italian chefs trained by our own grandmothers, cooking pizza and pasta on the spot with original Italian recipes and fresh ingredients. Our homemade pizza dough is cuddled for 48h before the hand-stretching and stone-baking begin. Our original Italian pasta is cooked al dente and seasoned with original Italian sauces such as carbonara, pesto, tomato, bolognese and many more regionally inspired Italian flavours.
