The band offers a varied performance of Scottish and Irish folk music and song, with a few extras thrown in! We use a loop pedal to create a full band sound with only two of us, with a lineup of fiddle, pipes, flute, sax, cajon and guitar. We can also do an acoustic set, on fiddle, flute pipes and guitar, playing a mix of songs and tunes.

About supplier

Kate and Roddy have been playing together for 15 years and have built up a rapport that makes for an engaging, dynamic and spontaneous performance. Both are professional musicians with 30 years experience, meaning that they are flexible and ready for anything!

A highly talented musician, having studied for two music degrees. Her performance of both Irish and other music on both Fiddle and Flute was superb and greatly appreciated by all at our large lunchtime event for over 100 guests within a marquee. She had had to travel quite some distance and was very obliging when I asked her to travel the evening before. Excellent, and a very good find.

Great night, band were brilliant and the caller, Mary made the evening,! Easy, friendly, clear instruction. Enjoyed by all, the youngest, the eldest and all the ones (who had a one too many) in-between, the dance floor was full all evening. Josie performed for us for a corporate St Patrick's Day celebration event. She was brilliant; thoroughly professional and detail focused in the run up, and went down a storm on the night. She was keen to get the music balance right and we had a mix of traditional Irish music with more contempoary rock and pop. Highly recommend!
