We are getting married on the 6th of August and are having afternoon tea as our sit down meal. After the guests all come in we need the staff to keep an eye on the tables and top up the teapots as they run out - there is a hot water tap in the kitchen. Also, we would like the staff to set up the first drinks for the tables as people come through the doors, and also to serve the champagne ready for the toast. The bar will open at around 5-6 and then the staff can finish. There will be around 100 guests. Thank you

Hi there. We are having a vintage fete themed wedding for approximately 70 guests on 2nd September 2016. The plan is to serve a light afternoon tea (cakes, sweet / savoury scones and finger sandwiches) in the afternoon from fete tables, followed by a more substantial, yet informal meal at approximately 7pm in the evening. Please could you also indicate whether you can cater for Gluten Free (severe allergy/coelic disease - no contamination allowed)? We have 2 people in our party that suffer and ideally I would like everything except for the bread rolls to be safe for them to eat. If possible it would be great if you can supply gluten free bread for them but this is not 100% neccessary as it's easy for me to supply this.

Ryan and his wife were lovely people, turned up n time and did everything they said they would. The food looked great and went down brilliantly with our festival goers. We would definitely book them again. Thanks for giving our back garden festival a little extra pizzazz.
Could not recommend David any higher. We booked him for our Dad's 60th birthday and he was well communicative throughout, and cooked up a feast for all our guests. Everybody raved about how good the food was, and how friendly he was throughout the cooking process. Would definitely book again!
