Personally as an avid pizza lover myself I love the simplicity and versatility of pizza. There are so many combinations of toppings you can use that you are bound to find one you will like, although for me the simple the better. The vision is to bring artisan pizzas to weddings, parties, gala days, fetes, shooting lunches, and private events.
About supplier
Originated on a cold snowy day at the Edinburgh winter market in 2017. With over 20 years in the food industry I know Scotland is a fantastic larder for quality food, and with East Lothian in particular on the doorstep, it would be a shame not to use its local ingredients.
