Old School American Smashed Burgers
Made from 100% locally sourced beef, handcrafted and seasoned in front of you, your guests will love it! We use a traditional method of pressing a chuck steak patty onto a smoking hot buttered grill which creates a crust and locks in the juices for the perfect texture and flavour (same process as cooking a steak). All ingredients are carefully selected from suppliers that practise ethical and sustainable methods for maximum quality and minimum impact on our environment.
About supplier
Jimmy’s burger obsession began during his first visits to the US where his main diet consisted of cheeseburgers and root beer. In 2017, he decided to quit his online business and chase the dream of becoming a chef and finding a way to express his love and passion for damn fine American burgers.
