Hi! I need a marquee large enough for 200 - 230 guests seated. Can you suggest the type and varieties that are available? The Carpi tents would be idea. Do you offer wooden chairs, long tables (trestles), flooring etc. This is for an event my company is organising in mid august 2016. I am away at the moment so it may be easier to email details through rather than call.
Organising our festival style wedding for April may 2017. At most 130 guests to eat minimum will be about 60. To be held aberdare area although this still not definate. Sides could be salad and some bread? It would be paid for upfront. Estimated time would be different depending on service you provide time given is for food hire. Hi, I am looking for a stretch tent for our wedding, we will have approximately 150 guests, we will need a dance floor, lighting, flooring, toilets if you do them, we will need the tent erected on Friday 2nd and taken down on Sunday 4th September. Wedding reception with bell tent accommodation required. Ideally, I'd like one supplier who can provide x5-6 bell tents of uniform size and colour and that come equips with beds (!) at x4 person per tent.
I am responsible for a corporate party dedicated to its 5th anniversary for June 2016. I am not sure where it will be held. There will be between 60-80 guests. I am thinking a circus theme. Please could you provide me with a quote with details on what is included in the cost?
18th Birthday party with around 100 guests. Love House music and reggae. A fun party night full of smiles and laughter. 2 marquees- one dance with lazer shows and the other just seating and bar area. hope you can help.
Tent would need space for a DJ at one end, dance floor then casual seating at the opposite end. Estimated 150-200 people. Seating not necessary for that many people though, just an area with some lounge style seating would be great. Many thanks
My 18th is on the 2nd June, and i would likest a marquee for 45-50 people in my garden. It will be masquerade themed therefore would like colour schemes of black and gold with fairy lights and flooring, heating and chair and table hire.
I just wondered if you could please give me a quote for 100 seated guests and up to 200 in total standing for the evening. And most likely a caterers tent. We want casual, beautiful, rustic, but do have quite a tight budget. So if you could give us any advice on how to keep the costs down that would be great. If you could also let me know if there are any set up/travel costs please. We are looking for the 23rd July.
