Our Creperie makes proper, authentic Breton peasant food - galettes are buckwheat-based wraps, and they are an eye-opener to those who are not familiar with them. They are to France what pizza is to Italy. Crepes, of course, as well - with a generous splash of butter. Our growing fleet of Citroen vans, (the design dates back to 1947) are the perfect backdrop for our crepe making - quaint, charming, and cool. About supplier
My wife and I set up our business because of our love of France, and the delights of making and eating galettes (our favourite) - we want to share the love! We started in 2008 - that's a lot of crepes! Experience counts - entertaining though it is to watch, you want your crepes fast!
