Firstly I have looked high and low for a laid back guitarist/vocalist for our festival inspired wedding next year, I came across your profile today on poptop and I so so hope your free on our date as what you play is absolutely perfect and you sound amazing. Our wedding is being held on our friends farm in Burnsall, North Yorkshire on Saturday 28th May 2016. We are having a really laid back day, with our ceremony at 1pm with then field games, lots of beer, lots of wine, a ton of BBQ and loads of laughter after. I was hoping you would play before during and after the ceremony? Probably a good four hours of relaxing, chilled gorgeous music.... We will supply you with all the BBQ and beer you fancy on the day. We are looking for some music for about an hour at the drinks reception part of our wedding as guests are arriving at the venue from the church and having drinks/canapes. This will be inside (unless we are fortunate with the weather and then there is a veranda that we can use!) We are thinking this will be from about 2.30-3.30 (give or take 10 minutes) for an hour in total.
I am helping to arrange the Open University Degree ceremony due to take place in the Harrogate International Centre on Friday 19th May and we require a brass band. The ceremony commences at 14:00 but the band may be required to attend earlier for a rehearsal (11:00). 14:00 – 14:30 (pre ceremony musical programme) 16:00 – 16:30 (after the ceremony, recession) The band would be able to play their own programme of music, in agreement with the ceremony manager. There would be a green room available to use before and after the ceremony for storage etc. and we would provide tea, coffee and a light sandwich lunch. If there is anything further you need to know please do not hesitate to get in touch. If you could let me know whether there might be a band available and a quote for the cost of hiring that would be great. I look forward to hearing from you.
