wedding reception. In garden/marquee of my home in Hethersett, Norfolk. 2 different meals required. 1 at 5.30pm, the other at 9.30pm (either paella, street food, caribbean at 5.30pm and hog roast at 9.30pm)
outdoor event, enough seating and cover for 80 people, cannot judge the weather, sometime between august and october 2017 for 3 or 4 day hire. would be good to have electricity and water, open to all pricing suggestions of tents and combinations, would like one big celebration tent and maybe 10 or more small tents/sleeping quarters.
We are having a really simple garden wedding. We are getting a BBQ and filling the summerhouse with buffet stuff and we are buying in all the burgers etc. ourselves so we do not need a caterer. What we want is someone to come in and literally just cook the meat on the BBQ and serve it up. It doesn't need to be an elegant thing, we are very casual and the only thing we want this wedding to be is fun so we are looking for people to just jump in, get involved and celebrate the day with us.
My Fiance and I are getting married and having the reception at a family garden - we are after a tent that will seat 150 people and that is non traditional, open on most sides and very bright. Looking forward to hearing from anyone, Thanks

The event is the shanti festival. Which is link to a charity called links to nepal we currently brought 10 bootique tents and saddly someone did not check for the poles which is what we are trying to locate at such short notice failing that a the package as we have already had booked 6 booked
Wedding reception in a marquee, ideally a clear span. Area to seat 80 guests with space for a dance floor, stage, bar area and up to 140 evening guests. Marquee to be lined, have a solid floor, have lighting and ideally come with tables and chairs.
Fantastic service! It was a pleasure using Brooks Bars for our wedding. Dan was professional and friendly from the start. He kept in constant communication and was available to discuss every idea and change we had in mind for our drinks menu. The bar looked fantastic and all the guys were very professional and smart. We hired a giant jenga, limbo, and some deck chairs from Rent Event for our wedding. The owner was really friendly and helpful, and was quick to respond to any enquiries we had. Everything was delivered the day before the wedding and collected the day after. Jamie even made sure our items were transported right up to the reception room (which was at the end of a pier!). The games were brilliant, our guests had so much fun with them. And the deck chairs looked fantastic! I would definitely recommend this company.
