Your Booth's Kent

Arrived on time and started setting up- problem with the software, We found an adapter for them and some SD cards resulting in being able to get some photos from the booth. Sadly the experience wasn't the same as having a proper booth- you couldn't see yourself, hence there were rather a lot of pics with people cut off the side or below the cut off point. The staff tried to be positive and we made what arrangements we could. They promised to send us copies and the album we had paid for. However people went home without their photos- it is not the same and it doesn't create the vibe at the party. When the album arrived- quickly, by first class as promised, there was not a full set of copies and pictures were stuck in under the wrong 'comment'. The pictures were ok, but I paid for WOW in my opinion- as I said, my niece was never in the picture! When we said we were unhappy the company then said it was the fault of the power line supplied, and that the space was too small- despite me e mailing them repeatedly for exact dimensions and them replying- they got exactly what they specified. Anyone can have a problem, if it is a big event they need to have a back up plan. This was not good enough and the response after was very poor.
