Wonder-Bar offers a premium mobile bar hire service providing customers with spectacular hospitality & corporate event bars across the UK.
We provide:
- DRY HIRE of our beautiful milano bar, our recently converted vintage van and beer dispense machines using our flexible rental terms.
- FULL BAR PACKAGES including hand selected interesting drinks menus, local and regional beers/wines/spirits, expertly created cocktails, and a variety of fine gins. We supply everything including professional bar equipment, premium drinks and glassware, experienced and friendly staff, and will ensure you and your guests are well taken care of.
MILANO BAR - professional contemporary full bar, including refrigeration and all necessary bar equipment. This bar can be customised to your event using branding and tasteful lighting options.
VINTAGE CITROEN VAN - we've newly converted this beautiful van ourselves, and it's now ready as a full mobile bar to add charm and character to your event. We have this available as 'Ginistry' which is our premium mobile gin bar, and can also make it available as a general bar, cocktail bar, or we can discuss your requirements. We can also personalise the van to your event by customising the signage. This is a very unique option and is very popular for any event.

• Nov. 17, 2017I hired Wonder-bar for my 30th birthday party and we had the pleasure of Andrew and David on the day. In the lead up to the occasion, I was in regular contact with Andrew who was very helpful and flexible to fit around what I wanted, and he provided some great suggestions for cocktails. On the night, they worked around the surroundings they were given, they were great fun, being very relaxed and chatty with guests but also remaining incredibly professional. Most importantly, the cocktails were delicious!! I would definitely recommend Wonder-bar for any event, and would most definitely re-book them.

All of the team are friendly and professional and gave us a fantastic service. All of the staff were perfect and if you are looking to hire a bar with good prices then DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER.These guys are perfect for any event !!!!. Drinks were flowing all night. No pressure to purchase any of their own drink packages. Served all of our own wine and champagne for the tables which we brought ourselves. These guys could not do enough for us. The bar itself is awesome lights up at night and the gazebo provided is clean and Modern.
Because of these guys our guests had a great time I cannot say enough about how good they are!!!! Thanks to David and the whole team. This Business will be going for years and I have no doubt they will be doing some high profile events in the future ! Book them whilst you can !"

Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?
We can offer various drinks according to the customers preference. We are able to serve any draught beer or cider (including Guinness). We can also provide welcome drinks (mainly for weddings).
How does the open bar work?
The bar service can run any way that the customer requires from a simple pay bar whereby all guests pay for their drinks to setting up a tab to be paid by a single person at the end of the event. Our sophisticated till system enables us to provide an accurate list of the exact number and type of drinks that have been sold throughout the event. It is also common for our customers to put a certain amount of money behind the bar with guests then continuing to pay for their drinks once the set amount has been used.
Set List/Services
We have an Italian designed premium looking modular LED lit bar system and a 1979 vintage Citroen H van which is a fully functional bar. We are happy to provide full bar packages (all drinks provided) and also hire our equipment for you to run the bar yourselves. In addition we can supply stainless steel back bar units with built-in under counter bottle fridges and LED lit spirit display stands. Our stock of bar equipment is also very vast and we are happy to provide as much or as little as is required for any type of event. Our friendly staff are also available at an hourly rate if you simply need a standard or cocktail barman/woman.
