Victoria Lily Events provides Vintage Photo Booths, Instagram Photo Booths and Bell Tent Glamping accommodation for weddings, private parties and events. We cover the entire UK.

*Booking*

Right, first we deal with everything direct for you. We will give you a dedicated wedding website login for you just to pass onto the guests and we’ll take care of everything else in terms of booking, liaising and dealing with guest queries. We will keep you ‘in the loop’ as to who has booked so you are aware but we deal with everything for you.

*Tents*

All prices are based over a weekend hire as we have a minimum of two nights hire during our bust summer season. Weekend hire prices include delivery, set up, clear down and collection:-

All our beds are not unreliable air beds. We have guest beds with a small mattresswhich are off the ground - no 2am deflating and unreliable beds for you guests.

• Delivery and set up

• camp beds - NOT AIR BEDS! WE HAVE RAISED BEDS OFF THE FLOOR.
• led light inside bell tent

£150.00 weekend hire per tent for one - two people (one double / two single)

£175.00 weekend hire per tent for three - four people (two doubles / four singles)

£200.00 weekend hire per tent for five - six people (three doubles / six singles)

Extras - single bedding kit £20; double bedding kit £25. Bedding kits duvet, duvet cover sheet, pillows, cushions and throw (two for singles and four for doubles).

*Bridal Suite*

This is a special bell which we only provide one per booking so it remains special for our couples. These are priced at £275.00 and comprise of the following:-

Luxury hotel standard bedding;
Framed bed;
Vintage furniture;
Mirror
Vintage side tables;
Flowers;
Blankets;
Throws;
Pillows;
Rugs;
Tea light chandelier;
Solar lights;
Bunting inside and out;
Welcome mat;
Just Married sign;
And a few hidden surprises!

Hired Vicki for Jesus May Ball 2019, with around 2,500 guests, to run all night. She provided a brilliant friendly service, and I would thoroughly recommend. A pleasure to work with from booking until the night itself, and the immediate airdrop option for photos was very popular! Prints were good quality too. Thank you!

  • Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

    Dependant on service requested. We will cover two weddings if one booking is for a Photo Booth booking and another is for a Bell Tent booking.

  • What style of photos do you take?

    Unlimited and instant photos which are personalised with an agreed template using your wedding / event logo / branding (if provided) or wording of your choice.

  • What kind of technology do you use?

    DSLR Cameras; Touch Screens; Sub Dye Printers and Mac Computers.

  • Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?

    We offer you an online gallery of all photos after the event and also a social media upload too (optional).

  • What's the delivery time for photographic report?

    You will have instant photos on the night and your online and social media galleries within 48 hours of your event.

  • Do you send all the photos taken?

    They are produced on the night.

  • Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

    Both; this is dependent on the size of the event/wedding.

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances, do you have a replacement photographer?
