WHO WE ARE
EaT Cuisine Group is a small, totally self-contained, multi-disciplined, event catering company who provide themed Cuisine in a cost effective way to better suit the mood of your special day. We have our own prep kitchen in North Worcestershire. Whilst we do work throughout the country, we prefer to work around 50 miles from base ;-)
As professional Chefs we have years of experience up to Head Chef positions in Restaurant, Contract Catering, Banqueting and Hospitality and recently the emerging modern ‘Street Food’ trends, which is where our event catering business was born, (hence The American Pit BBQ Co. our flagship brand)
We were increasingly asked to cater different food types for private events, foods we were happy to work with from our long and past experiences, that’s why we can easily tailor the most cost effective meal to delight you and your guests… as well as meeting your budget!

WHAT WE DO...
We provide an ‘eye catching’ servery and a team that will 'banter' with your guests, all adding to the fun of the celebration. We offer cost effective traditional British or European dishes as well as a variety of themed Cold & Hot Buffets and Canapés right through to the street food delights of America, Mexico & Germany.
We are versatile in operation, cooking & serving ‘outside’ events in either ‘Street Food’ style from one or two of our themed 3m x 3m Pop Up Gazebos,
OR
… we can set up a more traditional Hot or Cold Buffet service indoors. We are used to kitchen take overs and often work from existing facilities where they exist.

THE AMERICAN PIT BBQ Co.
This is our Flagship offering, American style ‘Low’n’Slow’ Smoked & Grilled meats such as Pulled Pork, Ribs, Pork Loin, Brisket, Smokehouse Chilli, Chicken Fillets, Real Burgers ( you’ll love our Chorizo burger,…) and authentic fully dressed New York Dogs, are offered either on toasted Brioche bun, soft subs or over crispy fries or nachos with 'gooey cheese' sauce.
We offer your guests a variety of authentic side dishes such as Carolina Slaw, Mex. Potato Salad, Pico de Gallo & our own BBQ Sauce.
TICTACO
Following our American start, here we replicate Mexican Street food such as Beef Tacos, Burritos, Mexican Pulled Pork & Beef (Carnitas), Mexican Beef Chilli, Loaded Nachos, Chilli Dogs served on either authentic Corn Tortillas or in our own Baked Tortilla Bowls.
There’s lots of Chilli, Beef, Chicken and Corn Tacos as well as Pico de Gallo salads, Spicy Salsa & our own BBQ Sauce!
DIE GRUNE ENTE GRILL
There are many German Influences in American Food (think Hamburgers…) here we deliver authentic traditional German Street Food… consisting of mainly Wurst! (!!!)
But what a selection: Bratwurst, Curry Wurst, Krakauer, Kaesewurst, Frikadellen, Ghurken, Potato Salad, Sauerkraut and authentic German Mustard (Senf) and Tomato Sauce.
All our Wurst is imported directly from Germany and served in Soft Buns with either Fries, Potato Salad or sweet Pickled Dill Gherkins, just like they do in Deutschland!
TRADITIONAL
Buffets & Afternoon Teas:
Dependant on distance, we offer attended Buffets and, as you might now expect, we offer a variety of themes to suit your taste.
Do you fancy Traditional English? Afternoon Tea? Black Country? Mediterranean? Indian? German? American? … or let us suggest a selection of dishes from our vast repertoire of deli style nibbles and fresh salads. Smoked Salmon and other fish from Macneils Smokehouse here in Worcestershire, some of the best award winning cheeses from Lightwood Cheese, also in Worcestershire.
Canapés:
If you’re thinking of more of a drinks party, then maybe Canapés are the answer.
We would prepare these tasty little morsels from a vast range of choices of bases such as Blinis, Vol au Vents, Rye Breads, Pumpernickel, Focaccia, Brioche… the list goes on! Topped off with savoury delights such as fabulous Smoked Salmon and award winning cheeses made from Lightwood Cheese, also in Worcestershire as well as chicken, vegetarian options, savoury meats, fine cheeses… again the list is endless.
