The Rare Gem Bar

At the Rare Gem Bar, we believe that high volume and events catering should not mean cheap ingredients or boring drinks. In fact, it should not even mean you have to pay much to get a high-quality beverage! We love stories and unique ingredients - such as tentoura: the cinnamon, clove, hazelnut and citron liqueur that is traditionally the aromatic winter warmed of the Greek city of Patras. Or junique: the juniper-aromatised muscat wine, crafted seasonally. These kinds of exquisite ingredients are common in high-end bars, but are missing in most of the event highlights of our lives. We believe that our customers deserve more than just another drink- they deserve an experience. To do this, we are employing expert bartenders and we only work with premium cocktail ingredients.
