Description
The Chipsmyth is a street food business making hand-cut, home-made chipped potatoes, served with a range of toppings. From Sous Vide skirt-steak with pickled pink onions, cheddar cheese, truffle mayonnaise and fresh thyme; to pulled pork with barbecue sauce and fresh coleslaw; to beef chilli with cheddar cheese, guacamole, salsa fresca and sour cream, and many more. We tailor the menu to suite your needs, and make the most of local and seasonal produce.
We currently operate in local markets in the Berkshire area and have recently competed at The British street food awards in Leeds. We are looking for any events that desire high quality food and service with a professional touch.

• Nov. 29, 2017"We invited Phil and Louis, the Chipsmyths, to cater the main wedding breakfast at our alternative beer festival themed wedding.
All I can say, is that from first contact through to the day, they were both excellent - providing insight, guidance, menu recommendations and references for other suppliers to help in our day.
On the day itself, my guests were true to my fears, and ate far more than we'd catered for. Phil kept feeding, and fed them very very well.
It's also fair to say, the food is superb. We had Cheesy Chips, Ox cheek/Chorizo chips (Cheeky chips!) and BBQ Pulled pork, which are 3 of about the 15 choices they now offer. Everything was superb.
Phil also arranged our appetisers during our welcome drinks. The spring rolls and prawns were good, but the fried Calamari was to die for. Stunningly tasty.
It's fair to say the team know how to use a frier.
Everyone was over the moon with the service received by the Chipsmyth. I would heartily recommend them for your event.
If you have any doubts, get to see them at one of the various food markets or festivals they attend. But you should not have any doubts!"
