"The guys were amazing!! So happy to go with the flow when we were running late with the hog roast, change song order around so I could dance with my Dad early on as my folks were leaving early.

They learnt our first dance song from scratch and did such an amazing job - they were just so good!

Then followed some amazing singing, they'd say 'this one's a tough one' and then absolutely nail it! I've had several guests asking for their details to book for other events so a testament to how fab they were.

We hired the two-piece set for our University Ball and they were absolutely exquisite. Everybody loved the energy, vibe and song selection, and they were also a dream logistically- Ben replied quickly and with a really friendly manner. Would definitely recommend this band to anyone that want's to have a good time at their function!

"We organised The Cheers to play at our wedding in September 2018, and it was one of the best decisions of the day. I think there are three reasons why I would recommend them:

1. The music is great - The Cheers played a selection of oldies and new music to cater to the tastes of all our guests. We had a lot of kids and they even played some things purposefully to get them on the dance floor with their parents - a lovely touch. They are very talented musicians (with credentials!) and made everything sound great in our venue, even though they only had a short time to sound-check. We received numerous compliments that the band were excellent. They learnt our first dance perfectly and performed it exactly how we wanted. Just fantastic.

2. They are very professional - Our speeches and breakfast overran by about 45 minutes, but the band were extremely accommodating and calm about the delay. They setup extremely quickly to get us back on track and they were thoroughly proficient in breaking down at the end. They brought all their own equipment and everything looked and sounded great.

3. They were very easy to work with - Even though we didn’t meet the band until the day of the wedding, they were extremely easy and pleasant to deal with. Our main point of contact was Ben (the band manager) who was charming, quick to respond to calls and messages and very helpful. Formal arrangements were quick and professional and the entire interaction went very smoothly.

Overall, the experience of hiring and hearing The Cheers was faultless. Thank you so much for rounding off our special day with fantastic entertainment."

The Cheers provided fantastic live music for our evening wedding reception. They were fun, friendly and professional. Ben made it simple to arrange before the day what we’d like performed providing a large playlist for us to choose from. Don’t hesitate to book The Cheers - you won’t be disappointed.

These guys were absolutely superb. We hired them for our wedding. Ben gave a personal call after I enquired, they weren’t part of an agency. Very personable and very easy to talk to. We hadn’t met them before the day and you are never sure how these things can go but they by far exceeded our expectations. They had great energy on the night, which made for an incredible evening of their live tracks. Ben also helped produce a bespoke playlist for us and played these songs when they were not playing live. They were professional and supportive throughout the whole process and our guests loved their performance on the night. Thank you so much.

The band were absolutely excellent and really brought a great vibe to the Hewlett-Packard office! I can tell you for certain that the band did indeed exceed our expectations, and we will keep you in mind for next year. A massive thank you from myself and the HPE team!

A huge thank you to The Cheers for playing at our summer party - they made sure the dancefloor was full all night long! Such a pleasure to work with, they made everything easy and stress-free and were happy to adapt to different timings on the night. They also had a great repetoire and had people from 5 to 85 dancing. We would highly recommend!

We just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and the band for helping make our day so special. We fully appreciate how you stepped in at the last minute and were so professional working around our timings. The acoustic set was an added bonus for us and set the tone perfectly. The evening set was then brilliant! It did exactly what we wanted by getting so many people on the dance floor, and keeping them there! I just cannot rate these guys enough. They can really give you value for your money, and provide an excellent night. Our wedding was the third time we heard these guys play, and they stepped up their game even more. The hotel specifically mentioned how impressed they were by the quality of the band and so many guests have come back saying how great you were.The pre-information gives you plenty of options of lineup and allows you to tailor your song choice - the range of genres these guys can do is very impressive. They also know how to take a song list and use it to work the audience. That day was the best day of my life, and you guys played an important part of that. If you book these guys, you will not be disappointed!

Oh my goodness if I could give The Cheers 1000/10 I so would! We hired them to play an acoustic set during our welcome drinks at our wedding and the live party sets for the evening bash and they were absolutely fabulous. We were literally blown away and they were everything we hoped for and exceeded our expectations. The acoustic set was perfect jazzy modern soulful and really a wonderful backdrop to canapés and fizz. Everyone loved it and I would really recommend opting for this. It sets the day off to such a lovely start. I liased with Ben before hand and he also put together a wonderful dinner playlist. And then the party really started! The bands vocals are amazing and they really get the crowd going! So much so we actually BROKE the dance floor at the venue! Song after song after song was a belter. They were just amazing! They also managed the play list of music between sets and it was perfect. Everyone young and old was up on the dance floor. We have had so many comments about how fantastic the band were. Also I found Ben and the band so professional personable and delightful to have around on the day. Really genuine passionate people. I want to do it all again! Booking The Cheers was one of the best decisions we made and they absolutely nailed the music! Thanks so much guys!

Without a doubt The Cheers made my birthday! Every single guest commented on how brilliant they were. From the moment of enquiring about booking to packing up on Saturday, the band were so lovely. Ben just understood exactly what I wanted and the fact that they learnt my favourite song and accommodated ten of us singing the chorus was just amazing! As was the gentle encouragement to get people up and dancing The selection of music (and the comfortable volume) was just perfect! All in all I cannot recommend The Cheers highly enough!
