Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?
Yes, if you are having hot food this will be freshly cooked at your venue using your own domestic kitchen or for large events we will hire in commercial mobile kitchen equipment.
Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?
Yes, absolutely! We love designing new menus and creating a special personalised menu for your party or event.
What kind of cuisine do you offer?
Modern British cuisine is predominantly the cuisine our menus are designed around using seasonal British ingredients, Our chefs are highly trained and have experience cooking the following cuisines; French Thai Indian Italian Spanish Greek
Do you offer special menus?
We hope all of our menus are special, but yes we can provide extra special menus to include bespoke menus using luxury & rare ingredients.
Do you also offer a wedding cake?
We can recommend suppliers that specialise in wedding & celebration cakes.
How does the open bar work?
We can provide a separate quotation for bare equipment hire, bar staff & management for your party or event.
What is included in the menu?
Our menus on our website will give you a good understanding of the style of food we can provide. We can however design bespoke menus tailored to your favourite cuisine, ingredients, dietary requirements or theme.
