FAQs

• What services do you offer?

  We currently offer a photography service, however we are looking to expand into video, so feel free to enquire for video too.

• What does the wedding package include?

  We don't currently do wedding photography as part of our service, we are looking to expand into this area in the future, as such feel free to enquire and we can see if we are able to accommodate your wedding.

• Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

  Weddings require a lot of attention and commitment and as such we do not currently have the capacity to offer more than one wedding per day.

• What style of photos do you take?

  The main style that we approach is a reportage style with some candid coverage too as we feel this is the best way to record events in a way that represents the event in its true form, however we do have techniques we can utilise to enhance the appearance of an event i.e. make it appear busier than it may have actually been.

• What kind of technology do you use?

  Our technology is of professional standard and fits in with industry standards.

• Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?

  Our online delivery method allows the customer to view all photos and videos in an easy and effective format, which can be shared to others, including the ability to leave comments on individual items which could be used for feedback, as just one example.

• What's the delivery time for photographic report?

  OOT Media pride our self on being one of the fastest turnarounds in the industry, aiming to deliver photos from most standard events within 24-48 hours, larger events and weddings will require extra time in order to process the images to a standard that is expected from such events, this would be on a job by job basis.

• Do you send all the photos taken?

  Another unique point of OOT Media is that we do not usually delete many images from any events we cover allowing us to deliver most photos that we have taken. We charge for our time and presence at the event, and all images taken during such time are then selected for editing, and then the final images are sent to the customer, with no maximum limit, at no additional cost.

• Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

  Currently OOT Media is a one man operation, with the aims to expand into a team of professionals with a common goal to deliver high quality media to clients.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances, do you have a replacement photographer?

  Although we operate with only one camera operator, we have a strong relationship with a vast network of photographers that span the full of the UK and over seas, as such, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, a replacement photographer is generally available, we also aim to provide such replacements that offer a similar, or better experience than we provide our self - you, the customer, should not suffer any increased prices nor lacking of quality due to whatever circumstances may arise.
