We recently had Heavenly Crepes cater the evening food at our wedding, and they were absolutely fantastic! From the very beginning, Kaz impressed us with their flexibility. They were happy to work around our specific needs and preferences, ensuring everything fit perfectly to our needs - we picked the flavours from an extensive list (although we went very simple - lemon and sugar, Nutella, Nutella and strawberries), and Kaz was more than willing to quote us for an additional server, and even extended their serving hours free of charge.
Poptop’s messaging function was a bit glitchy, but Kaz put up with me accidentally sending the same message through about 20 times(!).
On the wedding day itself, the Heavenly Crepes team were phenomenal. The servers were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our guests were well-fed and happy. But the true star of the show was, of course, the crepes! Although we were too distracted and didn’t get a crepe ourselves, we received countless compliments from our guests about how amazing they were.

Heavenly Crepes were perfect for our big summer event. All the crepes were so delicious (according to many happy customers) and there was always more to be eaten! It was great to have a wide range of options at such a great price and I even managed to have one to take away at the end. Communication was fast & reliable and they were easily the best option I could find after much searching.

Fantastic crepes! Sweet and savoury were equally delicious and enjoyed by all. Service was quick, even with just one person for all the guests. I had two guests ask for details to book for their own parties so that says it all!

Heavenly Crepes hired for corporate event 200 guests. I was very impressed with the service we received for our event, there was a small issue with two burners they would normally have being out of commission on the night but I was kept informed and offered a solution. Despite the fact they only two instead of the normal 4 burners the service was amazing little wait time and incredible food options. Everyone raved about the quality of the dessert crepes offered, as well as the savoury option they provided which I am incredibly thankful for because our 'mains' option for the night failed to provide a vegan/vegetarian option as requested so they saved the day. Would highly recommend and use again if available.
We wanted something a little different than a normal buffet for my Wife’s 50th and this was absolutely perfect and everyone loved it. Kaz couldn’t do enough for us and accommodated everyone’s needs , we had plenty of sweet and savoury options from pear and butterscotch to Fajita’s and it was all delicious. We will definitely be using him again and so will our guests. Even after he’d finished he went out of his way to make a giant chocolate and strawberry stack of crepes for my wife way past his time slot. Lovely guy and good conversation too.

The communication was prompt and kept us updated the whole time. They arrived on time and set us was quick with minimal fuss. The food was amazing, the variety on offer was very good. Kaz and the team did an amazing job. Brilliant communication in the build up. Really went the extra mile on the day. The bbq we had first had not gone so well and the crepes completely saved the day. Everyone was going back for more and more. Highly recommend and we will use again for our next party for sure.

Heavenly crepes were fantastic. They responded to all my questions clearly and were really friendly from the beginning.
They were very professional setting up the stall in our garden and worked really hard the whole time. They even stayed later than they were meant to as there was batter left. The crepes were really tasty and made the party. It created a relaxed bit fun environment. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely fabulous. Annie and Kaz were great and their crepes were delicious. All my guests were as delighted as I was. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
'Heavenly Crêpes were awesome. I really appreciated how they were flexible, helpful and added a show stopping element to our half home catered 90th birthday celebrations. Annie didn't bat an eyelid when presented with my cousin's fruit salad to unexpectedly add to the menu, nor were they put off by 8 year old Coco drooling and staring while they set up. Really 'Heavenly service and food.
This could have been a really good review because there were aspects of this we enjoyed. These were the friendliness of the staff, hard work during the event and the crepes themselves which everyone enjoyed. However, there were other things that didn't go well - firstly, after asking us to come and meet them earlier so they can set up and go to another event, they were 2 hours late. Then it turned out that they forgot the gluten free batter we discussed for some of our guests and it too them another 2 hours to get that to us, all the while our guests had nothing to eat. Then at some point around two and a half hours in, they completely ran out of ingredients and it took another hour to restock until they ran out again. During this time they were apologetic and responsive, which we appreciated but the fact remained that the service was not good enough, which they admitted to. They offered us a 50% credit for our next booking but this isn't really relevant because this was a one off party and we don't have an event planned. So overall could have been great but wasn't.
