Description
Pigs are reared in Holfirth so local to us based in Huddersfield , we are a small family business .
We have four menu options and can cater for vegetarian ( ie home made quiche ,Frittarta ) and gluten free guests also as standard we use Brioche buns or we can supply floured white baps too apple sause and stuffing is standard.

What services do you offer?
A self serve or full serve option at any indoor or outdoor event
Do you offer a venue for the banquet?
We do the catering and events at the National Coal mining museum which as a room to hold around 200 and we have a bar also within the room
Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?
No only finish off and set up carving around 1hr prior to the time you wish us to serve your guests
Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?
Yes certainly
What kind of cuisine do you offer?
Hog roast , if at our event space at the National Coal Mining Museum if can do any thing you wish from a sit down 3 course meal to a finger buffet

we can recomend Oliver Schofield sugar craft creations based in Huddersfield
How does the open bar work?
We have a mobile bar service called Bubbles and Punch can stock what you wish
Set List/Services
We can supply a self serve option which is good fun , we give you some tips and leave you to it , but we are at the end of the phone if needed.
A full serve option is where we deliver a cooked pig set up an hour before you wish to eat , we then serve your guests and tidy up and leave you to contiue your event / celebration
