We are a family run business based in Worcestershire that has been successfully catering for many different type of events for over 8 years. We have a variety of food vans where we prodominately specialise in fish and chips but also regularly provide all other types of cuisine from our vans such as keebabs, burgers and curries . Our vans range from vintage style to corporate to suit all requirements. We pride ourselves in offering a wide range of menus to suit all tastes, budgets and special dietary requirements. Each event is attended by an owner of Food Genie ensuring a professional first class service everytime.

Food Genie were awesome! The airstream van was beautiful, the food was fantastic, my guests tell me the halloumi was absolutely sublime. I would recommend them for a wedding as they were so well organised and hard working, they really made sure the day went well. We also had issues with another provider who let us down for catering staff for our wedding breakfast and Food Genie stepped in two weeks before the wedding to provide the staff with the minimum of fuss. Simply fantastic!
Food genie attended our wedding on 3 September. The communication beforehand was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I felt very reassured by assurances that the food van would be there on time and would contain the right amount and quality of food. Our expectations were exceeded. The staff in the van were friendly and professional and the food was excellent. We received many compliments from our guests about the great food and service. I found it difficult to calculate exactly how many meals I would need so it would be better if there was a variation. For example I thought 40 people would eat but it was nearer 30 so I overpaid. There should be some flexibility is pay for 30 but if more people eat make up the cost.
The food and service was excellent
We were very impressed with Food Genie. Helpful, pleasant and efficient people plus the food was of high quality with generous portion sizes. A good selection of cooked food was on offer and they were accommodating with vegan and gluten-free requests. We had over 70 people to feed and the queue for food was quite long because everything is cooked fresh - so you need to allow plenty of time for everyone to be served ... but it was worth the wait!
