Yann is a third generation French chef. Studied Culinary Arts at the prestigious Saint Andree for five years and graduated of a Bachelor in Culinary Art.
He apprenticed under Anthony Pean (Joel Robuchon Sous for many years) at the Michelin starred ”La Pomme Canelle” in Luxembourg.
Moved to London became head pastry chef at Corrigans at 23. Worked with various consultancy teams (Restaurant Associates, Aramark, Compass) securing corporate events around London, including Twickenham and Wimbledon.

Yann was recently a finalist on Masterchef The Professionals 2019 on BBC 2.
I offer private & corporate dining in London and nationwide.

Yann and Graham were amazing chefs and cooked a fantastic memorable meal from the canapes .....delicious to a fabulous desert,all my guests were very impressed with the quality of the food to the true, professionalism of Graham and Yann ,they quietly and efficiently cleared the kitchen ,set the dishwasher and left us to enjoy the rest of the evening ,would 100 percent recommend these friendly ,efficient guys ,one of my guests was so impressed she will be using your service in the future

Chefs Yann and Graham did a brilliant job cooking for my husband's birthday dinner party. Every dish, especially the canapés, were fantastic and they were efficient and attentive throughout an incredibly tasty dinner.

Yann and Graham pulled off a miracle for our Seder evening. In the tiniest of kitchen/dining rooms in the middle of Soho, these two big, tall, young men managed to melt into the background, becoming almost invisible and produced a truly magnificent meal. I will definitely use them again

  • What services do you offer?

    We offer a wide range of catering services, with wide range of cuisines and drinks for any size group. We have experience doing big messy parties and formal corporate events.

  • Do you offer a venue for the banquet?

    We have a venue available for parties of up to 200, in Dalston, London.

  • Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?

    Yes, we have a well equipped prep kitchen at the same address.

  • Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?

    On of the things we take great pride in is our adaptability. We love talking food, anything is possible

  • What kind of cuisine do you offer?

    All you have to do is name it, Yann is an expert at european cuisine, Graham for more exotic fare, and at this stage we've learned so much from one another that those labels are just for ease of recognition. Our Chefs are also a huge source of further knowlege.

  • Do you offer special menus?

    We have lots of set menus. at all price ranges.

  • Do you also offer a wedding cake?

    Yes, Yann was Head Pastry Chef at Corrigans on Mayfair for 2 years.

  • What is included in the menu?

    Canapes, starter, main, dessert and petit fours. Service, venue, decoration, bar are all seperate.
